Account closed with my money in.

I have an account with STD Bank and it was closed without my knowlwdge and there is money in that account. The lady who was suppose to help me but gave attitude by the name of Khanyi, said the account is closed and they cannot help me without a bank card. She couldnt bother to help me with my id number.<br> <br> All need to know is where did my money disappear to? I need my money.
