Account blocked without any communication & failing to get proper Assistance

My account has been blocked since the 17th of December I went to the branch twice first time I kept being told it has been unblocked which wasn't true ,I submitted the required documents I still haven't received any help ,I have been with standard bank for years I m really dissatisfied with your poor customer service blocking my account without any clear reason as to why and not communicating with me .until now I m still waiting for my account to be sorted. Very disappointed really yet another reason to not reccomend the bank .
