account blocked without an ex

My Account got blocked at an ATM in sea point at the poin center on tuesday the 10th March 2015 the sli that came out of the ATM said should go to my branch, on saturday the 14th March 2015 I went to my branch Wynberg Standard Bank they took my I'd copy and was told I will get a call on Monday the 16th March 2015 today 17th March I still have not received no call I ended up going to check at a the Sea point branch only to be put on phone with call center which didn't answer for over 30minutes ending to me ending the call... This is frustrating as I cannot be able to use any of my money and that I sthe only money I have which is on my account even thinking of opening a case against standard bank..<br> .
