ACCOUNT BLOCKED WITH NO REASON AND NO NOTIFICATION
My Cheque account was blocked with no reason and no notification. When i call the call center they tell me there is nothing they can do about it... NOTHING THEY CAN DO ABOUT IT... even the branch cant help me, so i must wait until Monday and even then i have to call them and be placed on hold for hours being taken from pillar to post. i've been with standard bank for close to ten years and this is the kind of service i have to deal with... I AM DONE WITH STANDARD BANK.
