Account blocked

I can't access my money since last year I tried many time to call standard bank was told that I will receive a call from ***** department of which I haven't I went to the branch 2 days ago they told me to bring bank statement and ID I did but still my account is locked I was told that I will receive a call within 24 hours of which I didn't my account is very important to me it also has money inside that I can't even access
