Account Blocked

I received an sms from standard about FICA, that i needed to submit the required documents, i submitted the documents at the Hout Bay Branch on 28th of January 2015, and now my account is blocked i dont know what the reason for that is that, but i feel that its nonsense that i did everything that is required but still nothing happens . its becuase the person who was helping was not concentrated on what she was was suppose to do, i will not be suprised if did something else, standard bank please you are big company, please try an spend money on training your stuff, i do not have time for micky mouse staff, if you dont want my business you should have told me so, i will be happy to take my services somewhere else. please sort out this ****.
