I was last called by standard bank saying I owe them R2000+ for student account I opened up in 2011 and it was never explained to me that should I not use the account I will be charged and there was no contact none so ever to make aware that my account was accumulating charges until the only time they called was to tell me that I owe them R2000+ and I find this really disturbing as they've now listed me as bad payer with ITC. Please can someone look into this for me?
