Access finance not reinstated after building loan

Dear Sir/ Madam<br> <br> I must convey my extreme disappointment with Standard Bank home homes department on my query regarding the reinstatement of the access finance on our home loan. My husband and I app**** for a building loan last year May which was approved and we were told that we could not have an access finance on the home loan while the building loan was opened. Further we were told to remove all funds from the access finance as we will not have access to this. My husband queried why this was the case and we were told that it is only for the duration of the building loan and that once the building was completed it would be reinstated with all the same terms and conditions. Now that the building is completed we called the call centre to query this and was told that the information provided to us was wrong and that they can not reinstate the loan. On our first call to the call centre we were just given a call reference, this was not even given to a manager to review. Our 2nd call we were give a proper reference however after over 1 week I received an sms to say I must call the call centre and reapply. I would like to put back the money that I took out of access finance
