Access bond to a normal bond

I have managed to get an Access Bond with Standard Bank in 2007. The bond was for the purchasing of a vacant land. Many years later i found out that the bond was changed to a normal bond due to the fact that it was a vacant land. After complaining about the matter, it was changed back to an access bond. September 2022 was my last transaction on the bond. It was then again changed to a normal bond account. I have access funds on the bond which i would like to access immediately which is not possible. I am so confused and frustrated with this Bank.
