Access Bond funds missing
Dear SB Home Loan,
I am deeply upset with the fact that R45 336,00 has disappeared from my access bond. I was then told on a call to standard bank yesterday that when I visited Standard bank Clearwater Mall in July / August 2019, my access bond was not created which I specifically requested and was asked to choose one of two access bond options. Instead, the staff member just linked my home loan to my internet banking and did not create the access bond which i wasn't aware of. – This needs to be explained?
I then yesterday requested for an access bond only to realise that funds are missing . Can someone please explain to me where my R45 336.20 has disappeared to? Please send me a statement showing exactly where the funds have gone to?
