access account has no funds?

I took out a 100% home loan in November 2013. my contract states that I don't have to pay any money Before or after my 30 years of repayments. I have been depositing my installment plus an extra amount for savings on my access. went to the banch in clear water yesterday and I was given a phone to call home loans. where i was told that I don't have any access money on my bond account as I was paying interest for the building of my house. I have never been told about or signed for that. 100% bond no deposit or additional amount exept my monthly repayments is the contract I have. call centre agents cannot tell me how much I have been saving or how much is the interest? because there system can't show. who authorised for any of my extra money to be used in any way by the bank?? I'm given a phone every time I go to the branch. I've been saving and now I can't withdraw on my access bond account.
