Acc closed but Credit bereau not updated

I had settled and closed my Standard Bank credit card last year October. I requested an ITC report on 21 January 2016 and on my ITC report the credit card reflects as open with an owing balance of R13,373. I had sent an email to Standard Bank on 21 January 2016 at 09h05 requesting them to amend my ITC report with the correct information and kindly send me a copy of the revised ITC report. I received a response from Farhaana Jojee at 11h00 advising that she has directed my query to the correct department and that they will attend to my request. She had definitely done this as she had cc'd me in the email to the Creddit Bereau department. On 26 January 2016 I sent a follow up email to the Credit Bereau department requesting feedback. At 08h40 I received an automated response acknowledging receipt of the email. Since then I have not received feedback, in the form of an email or telephonically. Please could you update the Credit Bereaus with the correct information (ie the account as been paid in full and closed with a nil balance) and send me an updated ITC report. <br>
