abusing legal fees on poor people

Dear Madam

I need your assistance please.

I took a revolving loan from Standard Bank for an amount of R120 000.00 (One Hundred and Twenty Thousand rand) and have been making monthly payments, however after some time I was unable to make payment due to financial difficulty and found out later that I was handed over to HBR Attorneys, Contact Number : ***.

I made arrangement with the abovementioned Attorneys for an amount of R1000.00 per month and despite me paying I have been called numerous times throughout the day.

I have informed them that my current financial situation has improved and I would like a settlement figure of which the Callcentre agent advises now that I owe an amount of ±R245 000.00(Two hundred and forty five thousand rand). I have disputed this amount and requested numerously a detailed statement on the account including my payments that I made, of which to date have not been made available to myself.

I contacted Standard Bank and personally went into the branch offering them a settlement amount of R150 000.00 (One and fifty thousand rand) and was advised to liaise with the abovementioned Attorneys, every time that I request to speak to the Manager or someone in charge the Agents refuse to me put me through and threaten me with legal action and the Sheriff.

I would highly appreciate your intervention in this matter as I would like to resolved this matter urgently as it is affecting my credit score.
