ABUSE OF POWER

I am SO frustrated!!!! I have been under debt review for the last 5+ years. I am now FULLY paid up, and waiting on Standard Bank for my paid up letters, BUT evidently there was credit, yes credit on two of my accounts, so I had to wait for SB to refund me this money, before I could receive my paid up letters. YOU ****** owe ME money and now I must wait for you!

I was refunded yesterday, but still NO sign of my paid up letters. I feel completely powerless and equally abused at my most vulnerable. You are playing with peoples lives here!!!!!

I cannot receive my clearance certificate from Debt Busters until they receive these fully paid up letters and now I am completely at the mercy of your debt review department who takes days to return any correspondence.

HELP ME PLEASE!!!!!

I need to renew my lease agreement and without my clearance certificate from Debt Busters I am in danger of losing my place to live.
