Abuse from std bank

I have been with std bank since I worked there 2003. The fear of changing banks I what I have but I have been abused by them. I have a credit card and I use my app most of the time but all of a sudden I have a db which I dodnt have. All along I will go to the app pay my min due. Since last month my acc is messed up due to the db order. I pay manually and they go do a db order. I asked dit to be canceled and they said they can't. This month db oder.was.suppose to be canceled but to my amu*****t still der. I didnt cater for ot so it returned. Now is my fault even when I paid I am getting letters of demand and a bad credit record is created . At the same time j am a private Banker paying r530 to be abused by std bank. The manager there is very rude.
