Absolutely useless in all that they do! No service delivery what so ever!

What the hell standardbank? Do I have to write on Hello Peter every single time to get your ****** attention and assistance? You are so flippen useless it's a joke! I am so sick and tired of not getting any help from you. I have sent countless of emails asking you to assist me that you have probably set me to be automatically moved to your spam folders or what? I live and work abroad and had a student loan to pay off... since December I have been struggling my socks off to get assistance from you. I already posted on Hello Peter and then, and ONLY THEN!! did you really help me out. Now that I have paid my debt, the remaining amount which I had to almost beg of you to tell me, you don't want to tell me whether the debit orders will stop. Everytime, once again, that I email you, I either get a response from a new person who did not read all the corresponding messages and kept telling me to go to the nearest branch, or you don't respond at all! I am, for the hundredth time, NOT IN THE ****** COUNTRY! I want to know how I can close my account with you once and for all so that I never have to deal with this stupid, useless bank, ever again! Also! Confirm with me that no more debit orders will be deducted... I have paid the full amount, to the very last cent, of what you told me is still outstanding. For crying out loud, no wonder you guys are closing so many branches.
