Absolutely trying to ******* their clients

I am highly disappointed with Standard Bank, I don't even know how to react to this as I am extremely upset. I have got a personal loan with the installment of R1804.97 over a period of 36 months, I have paid 33 payments thus far, leaving me with only 3 payments of R1804.97 left. I called Kabelo to get a settlement amount, he then said my settlement will be R105??.??, which I am never going to pay. I have 3 payments left, and if that amount gets multip**** by 3, gives you R5414.91. And by w my understanding my settlement amount should be R5414.91. Please correct this matter as a matter of urgency. Thank you
