Absolutely Shockingly Bad Service
I wish I could give this Bank Zero Stars. I've been trying to get assistance for 3 weeks now. Utterly ridiculous. I've complained on Hellopeter last week and was told that I would get assistance urgently. Standard reply. Doesn't mean squat. Still waiting. A Yolanda Solontsi contacted me on the 4th asking for additional information to assist, but still waiting. I am moving over to FNB this month. Because clearly STD Bank doesn't need it's clients
