Absolutely ridiculous

<p>I have been on the line for more than an hour and as im typing now im still on the line, I have been transferred more than 5 times from one department to the other and then my calls get dropped.</p> <p>I want to change my debit date and oooh ive just been transferred again!!</p> <p>Why do you guys write the number we can call for customer service on our statements and yet we cannot get any help? Your consultants are ***********- you are waisting your money on salaries.</p> <p>Im damn irritated by standard bank and the level of service you give to your customers.</p>
