ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC SERVICE, OR SHOULD I SAY, NON-EXISTENT SERVICE!

I wrote a review a few weeks ago about another matter but it is about the same people in business banking. As I don't know if all the other business bankers are the same, I will name the one's I am dealing with. Business banker Nashwin N Davids, whose mails always come back saying he will only be back in the office on the and his assistant Lester L Cupido. This began earlier this month on the 6th April after I spent time at Constantia branch trying to get my business credit card connected to my internet banking and app. They said they couldn't help and that only my Business Banker could do it. Well, that was the start of emails back and forth. Most of the time I got no response, so I had to send more mails asking them what was happening. It's quite obvious that they don't know how to do it. It's now the 26th April and according to Lester's last email it's all been sorted. I must just link my card to my dashboard. That's despite me telling him that That has been my problem from the start. A couple of days ago I phoned and asked to speak to him. His response was, "my headphones are broken and I'm awaiting on IT to have it fix!

That was a couple of days ago and apparently IT haven't fixed them yet!
