Absolutely Pathetic Service - Home Loans

On the 1st August 2015, STD Bank deducted a amount of nearly 5000 from my wife's account incorrectly. We are now on the 12 August 2015 and still no payback has been received. Now we definitely don't have that sort of money spare. We need this resolved today still please. Numerous calls have been made and no joy.<br> Then my second complaint is even worse, We had a geyser problem on Saturday, There were wires melted even on the geyser. we switched the geyser off immediately...We called STD Bank immediately, They sent someone out on Saturday night. But he could not assist, we have now since then had 3 electricians come out and a plumber. We have 2 kids in the house and have not had hot water since Saturday, This is now the 5th day. This IS ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC....We are seriously considering taking our bond as well as any future business elsewhere. This is shocking service to say the very least and im looking into complaining by the ombudsman if no joy by end of today.
