Absolutely pathetic service

Useless, been trying for a month to get a document update been on the phone all day and have spent two hours on hold. They don’t care about time or anything I was told by a guy named Tsepho his team leader Radia will phone me within the hour it’s been 4 hours and I’ve been trying to get hold of them. Keep getting put on hold. My last call was on hold for 45 minutes. They just don’t care! I wish I could give them a minus star rating!!! I’ve been more than patient waiting a whole month without feed back! This service is absolutely pathetic
