ABSOLUTELY NO SERVICE

Good day.I ran into some trouble with my bond and registered for the Standard bank easysell program by last year November(2018)Our house was sold on 10 December with the new owner obtaining 100% bonds from 2 different banks.The outstanding bond was R ********** .00 and the house was sold for R ********** .Due to the December holidays the process came to a grinding halt and we waited for January 2019.Endless calls to no avail between me and Bokwa attorneys got me absolutely nowhere and Standard bank does not answer my calls regarding an explanation as to where the balance went!!!!!!The attorneys were instructed to inform me about payouts to the electrician and gas company which also didnt happen.The property was registered on 17 April 2019 and these ghosts havnt gotten back to me regarding a payout Im expecting!!!!!!SOME ADVICE:\NEVER ENTER AN AGREEMENT WITH EASYSELL!!!!!!!!!!!!!yOUR FEEDBACK IN THIS MATTER WOULD BE HIGHLY APPRECIATED.
