Absolutely no response at all

I app**** for personal loan. Daphney was the prestige banker who was handling it. With response time like a week. She kept on delaying saying its being processed or Credit Department blah blah blah. Finally i'm not getting a loan. Reasons are stupid.<br> The reason why some one applies for a personal loan is because they in a hurry, its a urgent matter. But after this experience from these people above. I have such a bitter taste for this banks that I will never recommend this bank to any one who I care about.<br> Most disgusting bank and its employees are even more disgusting.<br> I work as well. But how can you see and ignore a email for so long ? Absolute shame.<br> I'll move my account as soon as possible to other bank. Any bank would be better than this one.
