Absolutely fabulous service
I am absolutely overwhelmed by the grand treatment that I received from Rene Botha on 18/12 on the Prestige Banking line. She was so professional and accommodating and patient. I have never experienced such good treatment at a Call Centre. She was brilliant. You Need more Rene's on that line. Usually, you are just transferred from pillar to post. She just took ownership. WOW....Great stuff Rene.
