Absolutely disgusting Standard bank vehicle and asset finance

Absolutely disgusting Standard bank Vehicle and Asset Finance. I had moved over both my two vehicles to Std bank VAF when I took out my bond with Std bank simply to have all my finance with one bank. To my surprise when I went to renew the licenses on both vehicles, the one had no issues, however the one I could not renew as I was told Std bank it the owner and title holder of this vehicle therefore I am unable to renew it. This is after I had to stand in a line for 5 hours pay a baby sitter to look after my 5 month old baby that's not allowed into the licensing department. I contacted Std VAF to explain it took them 2 weeks to have the issues resolve and now the consultant tell me I need to go back to the licensing department to draw the license. I asked her can they not do it on their end as I cannot stand another 5 hours in a line, pay a baby sitter and pay for the license. which actually had to be paid by STD VAF since they refinanced my vehicle. I asked her can I send both the proof of payments of the vehicle after it renewed to std bank to refinance me, the consultant simply ignored my question and responded they cannot renew my license since Im in CPT, they can only renew Pretoria and JHB licenses - really???? Trully regret taking my finance over to std bank
