Above and beyond service

I was buying my very first car. As a Standard Bank customer, I asked the seller to accompany me to Galleria's Standard Bank branch so that I could transfer the money into his account. The AutoBank machine was out of paper and could not print a proper statement reflecting the transferred amount. So I approached Buhle who was at the reception desk. I impressed upon her the need for having this so that the seller has proof that the transfer was made. She then took me to a staff computer where she assisted me in printing this transfer confirmation. We had problems logging into my account at first, and she patiently worked through these with me. Without this sterling effort from her, I would have been a very disappointed customer. I believe she went beyond the scope of her duties in assisting me. For that I am grateful. She needs to commendation for her efforts in making a customer satisfied. Thank you Buhle.
