Above and Beyond - Fantastic service from Nomhle Mdluli

I just want to write this post to acknowledge and thank my now ex banker Nomhle Mdluli.

I have been a Standard Bank customer since 2017 and she has been my banker for most of my time here. In April this year I started a new job and moved my salary to FNB. In this time I needed a home loan as I found the perfect house. FNB refused to help at all and even though I moved my salary, Nomhle went out of her way to help me secure a home loan so that I can get the house.

I had initially wanted a 100% bond but she could only get me 80% and when it looked like I was going to lose the house, she was very empathetic and consoling. But in the end, she suggested my account be upgraded to private banking and managed to get me 90% bond which I could work with.

So now, thanks to Nomhle, I am moving into my dream home at the end of the month of this month. None of this would have been possible if it wasn't for her. And I want to thank her from the bottom of my heart.

She is absolutely fantastic at her job and she is a real asset to Standard Bank. I wish more people in this world were like her and I wish that every customer that needs help has a Nomhle Mdluli in their corner.
