A very pleasant banking experience.

My wife is recovering from serious back surgery. She needed to go into her branch of Standard Bank (Hillcrest Branch) to arrange a variety of issues emanating from payments received form the medical aid, and payments needing to be made to hospitals, doctors, etc., involving fairly large amounts. She was clearly in great discomfort. She was treated with the utmost courtesy by the receptionist, was attended to very swiftly, and received efficient and understanding assistance form the agent, Mr Ross Jones. It was all an uplifting experience, and our deep thanks go to the manager, Mr Pillay, and his staff.
