A uninformed information lady

Hay i went to standard bank in the CBD area in kimberley for the first tame in my live. I asked the information lady in white ware i am supposed to go to open a late estate account and she directed me to the consultant department and the line was very long so i decided to come bake later. When i came bake i ask her how long it take for a late estate account to be active by them and she told me that she did not know and i responded it is fine dont wary about it. I came back in the ofter noon and sit in the line for a hour just to hear that the lady that work with the lete estate account went home because it was olredy closing time and i have to come back the next day.
