A stop order query

Standard Bank is a bank from hell, I called yesterday to ask for them to stop a debit order from my account whereas I have been advised by Virgin active to ask them to do a stop order from my account as they keep debiting me in a wrong day and they charging a helluva of a money I find it really ridiculous, instead of just stopping the damn debit order they telling about a fee that I'll have to pay that doesn't even guarantee that the debit order will be stopped. I want this damn debit order to be stopped from going off in my account or else am going to cancel my account and bank with a bank that will not ripe me off by just asking for STOP ORDER. if you not going to sort out this query then I will take it that you just telling me to go **** OFF and I will not only stop complaining on hellopeter and cancelling account with you I will take it further to the banking ombudsman I don't care how small this damn thing is am going to do it. and when you decide to call me please make it a point you call me with a solution on the table and not problems.
