A special team

I would like to compliment the manager of the Brits Mall branch and his staff, in particular Cathrine Mkabela, who goes out of her way to meet customers at the door and ensures that they are shown to the appropriate agent. Her friendly and professional manner is unique, and there is a special feeling amongst the staff who all seem to be enjoying their jobs and do so exceptionally efficiently. I have never seen a queue move so fast at a Standard Bank branch. My congratulations to you all!
