A shining star in Darkness

I think I was an answer short of giving up on Standard Bank,needless to say I wonder why they have the Wonderpark mall branch. Lack of service is the order of the day at that branch as consultants don't seem interested in helping to solve banking queries. All this changed when I decided to leave the closest branch to me (Wonderpark) and drive close to 50km to Menlyn to meet one Mmagobatho Maimela. The lady at the reception and I had been arguing my case as she was passing and overheard our conversation she came over,asked a few questions and took me to her workstation. We discussed my problem (which I was told can never be sorted at SB).She asked me to bring in my documents to her the next day which I did and 15mins later she sorted it out with a smile on her face. It is people like her we come to see for solutions. I say to Mmagobatho keep up the good work and to Standard bank congrats on hiring a one in a million shining star. May she grow in your COmpany to dizzy heights. I will forever be grateful to Mmagobatho for saving me money. Keep up the good work????.
