a not so good experience with standard bank south Africa

Good morning ..I complained about standard bank adding query on my credit report sometime last week, and I have also indicated that it has messed up my report as i am now blacklisted. I have recently been in contact with standard bank regarding the matter so I was told that for it to be investigated I must send them a credit report printout unfortunately credit Bureaus that I was In contact with cannot give me a printout citing that its not possible to make one for me .so I have sent standard bank screenshots of my credit report which was sadly rejected . I now feel stranded as I have exhausted all my options. I think the last resort now will to take the legal route as I could confidently confirm that I'm not in bad books with standard, it is just an error from their sides which unfortunately will impact badly on my financial status and livelihood.
