A month later and still I have no card

It has been over a month now that SBSA has promised me a cheque card, I am left with a temp card for and once again was declined at a store while there was funds in the account.<br> <br> All I keep getting is IT is working with it and linking the card is a problem, I would like to how many people out there that this same problem has happened, I tried to transfer money into my pocket savings account at a ATM but that also is not linked to this temp card.<br> <br> I feel as if SBSA is not making this a priority and I want to be compensated in some way or another as I was told 7 working days to get my card and its been over a month, I would like a senior person to contact and tell me how SBSA will be able to award me something for this shlep, it is not my fault that IT and all other departments cant link my card, I was 7 days and a month or more later still nothing.<br> <br> I feel the service is shocking and it is appaling how this matter has been treated.<br> <br> if I do not get a call within 72 hours from a manager telling me my card is ready and that SBSA would like to offer me whatever for this inconvenience, I would like my account closed and I will move to another bank.<br> Thanks and I look forward
