A month later and I am still waiting

I made a complaint on 27 March about my problem while trying to claim from Standard Bank insurance and was told I don't have cover. I was transferred to admin department who confirmed my cover and sent me back to claims. The guy on claims department called Sibo, promised to call me and didn't.<br> <br> I wrote a complaint on Hellopeter on 27 April and was promised someone will contact me. I got a call three weeks ago and was told someone will call me and solve this for me. Then the guy who called said he will call me again to check if I have been called.<br> <br> But one month later no one has called me or any communication. I had a problem and I can't claim because my policy can't be picked up from claims department but it can be picked up on admin department. What the hell is going on? I want answers and my problem to be solved ASAP or I am going to Insurance Ombudsman.
