It is with great pleasure that I would like to compliment a Manager (Employee) to Standard Bank Trustees department. The person in question is Mr Chris Scheepers whom I have been communticating with for several months regarding the dissatisfaction with the attorneys whom were appointed by Standard bank Trustees to conduct the late estate of my Life-Partner, and I was nominated as Executrix in his Last Testament. Over many months of struggling and having many concerns with the attorneys I ultimately turned to Mr Scheepers for advice. He was the most patient gentleman I've ever come across with impeccable manners and sound knowledge. He listened to my distress with patience and empathy and thereafter made several suggestions on the initial concerns and he therefore addressed my concerns to the immediate people in question. Several months later I once again felt very disillusioned and was forced to approached Mr Scheepers for the second time on many more concerns relating to the finalization of the estate among other issues. On that occasion I had decided to step away from the Executiveship as it had an impact on my health. Mr Scheepers agreed on my decision making and advised me to place it in writing to Standard bank Trustees and they would take an assertive look into this important matter.
