A geyser that worked only one week

On 17 July 2015 Standard Bank insurance department sent Big Joe Building Construction Protea Glen ext 2 <br> Chiawelo to our address to put in a new geyser. They couldn't put it in due to the fact that they did not have any pipes or tools to do the job. They promised us the next day (18 July 2015) at 8 o'clock. On the 18th they only arrived at 10 o'clock. The new excuse were the fact that their vehicle had broken down. They put in the new geyser, damaged the ceiling, broke a seal that covers a pipe that stick out of the roof. That caused the rain to enter the ceiling and caused more damage. Sad to say that the new geyser only lasted one week. Now we again wait for them in order to come and fix everything (26 JULY 2015). This is absolutely unacceptable. Why can't Standard bank use a company that can provide quality service and that are in Krugersdorp itself???? We contacted a lady working at 16:30 the insurance company named Gugu, she simply knocked off from work and did not want to listen to our complaint. Very poor service.
