A compliment for Lucky
I Just spoke to a gentlemen by the name of Lucky who called me back regarding my access bond complaint and I would like to give him a compliment for the great services he provided to me. I am impressed by his manner on the phone, he sounded professional and polite ,although I was not happy with how long he took to get back to me, he apologised and sounded sincere. Thank you Lucky.
