A circus of note!

If you want peace of mind and assistance, please DO NOT BANK WITH STANDARD BANK. I've been to the bank twice in Eastgate. Their wait time is no less than 2.5 hours. Also nobody know what is what. At the branch they tell you to call the call center and the call centre tells you the service is done at the branch. When the call centre asks to speak to one of the people at the branch, consultants are busy and the branch manager is unknown. Or they will bluff you and say someone will call you to make an appointment and months later nobody does. I do not remember a time where i was given service, i have to always fight and get apologies. I DO NOT WANT APOLOGIES. I WANT SERVICE
