A bank to stay away from

Absolutely shocking service! They have ruined my business. We were making a payment to our overseas suppliers and the card was blocked for *****. I had the block removed and told them specifically to remove any future blocks for that supplier. Not only was it blocked but they let the money go out of my account and then set it as awaiting a reversal. This took days! I now made a second payment and surprise surprise it gets blocked again. But not only that, it removed double the amount from my bank, depleting my overdraft and stopping my guys from completing their critical work. When asking them when will the money be back.."sorry we do not know" Absolutely useless service.
