A Bank that loses your personal documents. TWICE!

The worst service ever. It took 2 months to open a personal cheque account. Then finally when i think all is sorted. My account is frozen and they say its due to them not having all my RICA documents. WHY?? When I issued them to standard bank TWICE!!!! Imagine I had moved my salary and debit orders to this useless bank. NEVER EVER AGAIN
