A bank that listens

Subsequent to my review , Standard Bank and their Card ***** Dept have taken great trouble to communicate, listen to my issues They took the time to take into consideration my longstanding record with the bank , the fact that these *****sters posing as bank are extremely slick with the info they had - and despite the fact that I am one of those elderly persons who was stupid enough to fall into their trap and give out OTP numbers - they have reviewed case fairly and done a very fair goodwill settlement. This shows that although they are a huge organization- if one works through the right channels , they are still able to provide excellent service to their clients

I will definitely recommend them and I will never share OTPs or this kind of info again
