A bank that doesn't care

I have been going to different standard Bank branches and had no assistance. I tried reactivating my RCP loan but Everytime I get told that someone will phone me I am still waiting months later. My RCP account is closed. Last week Wednesday I had a debit order of R500 deducted from my account which is unacceptable. This account is paid up to debit order I would like to know why my debit order went off. I phoned Saturday and the agent told me that my funds will be refunded I am still waiting. This is by far the worse bank ever. Customer service is hopeless also. Please can I have my R500 back in my account before I take further steps.
