A bank that cheats customers off their homes!!!!

Recently I had to learn from multiple Estate agents that standard bank had placed my home on auction. No one from the bank itself made any contact with me to notify me that my house had been placed on auction let alone the reason as to why this was. Instead both myself and mydaughter were being harassed day and night by people wanting to either buy or sell my house. They came as late as 9pm and some were very adamant that yes, the house was on sale. I quickly went to standard bank sandton to try get clarity (Tuesday) and was told my account was up to date and they were not sure as to whathappened. I was then referredtoStandard bank home loans who checked my account and told me yet again that my account was up to date but emailed me a letter apparently issued in 2010. I never received theletter nor had it been brought to my attention that I was in arrears because every month my payments went off by debit order. from there on I was referred to a Mr Luow who told me I neededto R7000 for him to clear the error on his side although he is able to see that my account is up to date. I asked him why I shouldpay R7000 if my account is up to date? I was then told by Mr Luow togo draw my statements and fax them to him. He did not provide me with a fax number and upon my attempt tocall him back, he did not answerand to this day standard bank has not contacted me. I have had my house for 16 years and with just 4 years left, they wrongfully put my house on auctio. Is thishe what "standard Bank, movin forward" means? by tearing and pulling innocent people back? they lie and deceive people?
