90 Working days waiting

I recently purchased a Jawbone UP from Standard Bank U count and was very excited and happy with the product. about a week ago it started giving me problems and I \troubleshooted"all the advise and nothing helped. I contacted U Count as they are the retailer I bought it from only to find that when they eventually collect it (its 3 days already and they cant give me any indication when the collection will be other than within 5 working days) that it will take anything between 30 - 90 working days before I get my item back. That means anything between 6 and 18 weeks! How is that even possible? I will wait longer for the product than what I actually had it for? Funny thing is that it is still under warranty so why should I wait this long??<br> I got this fitness devise for monitoring exercises as well as Vitality points"
