9 weeks of bs from attorneys etc ***

As stated on the phone today 26/5/15 the management is more than welcome to retrieve my recordings from the following numbers *** and ***.<br> <br> We got approved for the 90% bond ages ago. For 2 weeks now, I have informed the estate agent and her sellers attorneys they have severely over-quoted us and that we want to change. I even went to the Springs standard bank Branch where I was told that we can choose any attorney on the standard bank panel, because I proved breach. Matselmela etc were not helpful at all and basically copied and pasted the quote of the seller's attorney (LMLH attorneys) and even increased it. I then notified Matsemela and Anel Vorster that they had over quoted and copied and pasted, and spoke to the consultants again at standard bank on the phone, which said we can actually use anyone on the panel of attorneys. I found amazing quotes online, and Isabel Hogan (panel num: 6072) has been ever so helpful. I was told last week Thursday at about 15:20/24 even that it would take 24hours to confirm that we are able use her services and that a letter of instruction would be sent and approved within 24hours.
