8 weeks to get 2 petrol cards from Standard Bank

It was the second time it took like ages to get 2 petrol cards out of Standard Bank .<br> My wife got two petrol cards from FNB in just one week .<br> I was told afterwards that Standard Bank had changed the form and the incorrect one was filled in and signed by us . How can that happen ? So recently I had to fill in a new form and my reps had to sign again in the town where the live : PE and Bloem .<br> Standard Bank's red tape gives me the creeps and I am considering moving both my business and private account to First National Bank .<br> It is a lot of schlep . But I have had it with my bank after 30 years ! It is not a pleasure doing business with them anymore . Years ago I had to write off R 17 000 when they gave a courier company's old acc no ,who closed there account ,to a new customer who spent my R 17 000 that I paid on my account with the courier company !
