8 mths pregnant & being shoved from pillar 2 post

Std Bank was running a promotion in Aug 2014 (advertised over the radio) that if you switched to their bank they would automatically credit you with 5000 ucount rewards points. Great!! so I called and switched. I had to go to the bank to confirm my details as well as take in my relevant docs for FICA, etc. Advised me it would take about 2 months for the points to come through after the account was activated. No problem. I was also told that my chipped cheque card would arrive at my branch after 14 days or so. I waited till December and after numerous enquiries I was told that they had taken incorrect details and the notification for my card was sent to the wrong number. I could not access telephone banking because all my details, despite me personally producing documents at the bank were captured incorrectly and I did not pass a security test to access my own account. I had to make two trips to the bank and produce documents to update my details, I have now finally received my card. My U Counts card was sent to the wrong address so I had to request that again. It has been almost six months and still no 5000 Ucounts points. No consideration to me being pregnant.
