8 mails since 8 March and no feedback

I have been trying to resolve an issue with Standard Bank about a settled account for more than 9 months now. The last feedback I received from Nkululeko Sithole was on 18 March 2015, promising me that it it was resolved. It has not I keep getting SMS's from lawyers requesting payment. I have sent 8 mails from 18 March 2015 to Nkululeko Sithole and his manager Helga Auld and Brooks & Luyt attorneys and have had no response. I honestly do not know what to do anymore. Almost a year later and still no resolution.
